These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ilt.travel and all services provided by International League of Travelers ("ILT").

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and able to legally enter into contracts to use our services. Membership and promotional offers are void where prohibited by law.

2. Membership

Your membership provides access to discounted travel offers not publicly available. Offers vary based on destination, availability, and third-party travel providers.

3. Payment Terms

Membership fees are billed at the time of registration. All payments are final unless explicitly stated in a promotional offer.

4. Complimentary Cruise and Giveaway Offers

Complimentary cruise offers, sweepstakes, and giveaways provided by ILT are promotional in nature and subject to the following conditions:

  1. Availability and Restrictions

    • All giveaways are subject to availability and may be modified, substituted, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

    • Blackout dates, capacity limits, and provider restrictions may apply.

  2. Exclusions

    • Complimentary offers do not include taxes, port fees, gratuities, upgrades, transportation to and from departure locations, or other incidentals unless expressly stated.

  3. Eligibility

    • Giveaway participants must meet all eligibility requirements, including age, residency, and valid membership status at the time of redemption.

    • ILT reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify individuals who fail to meet requirements.

  4. Third-Party Terms

    • All giveaways are fulfilled by third-party travel providers. Redemption is subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of those providers. ILT is not responsible for changes in availability, quality of service, or disputes with third-party vendors.

  5. No Cash Value

    • Complimentary offers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds, and may not be resold or transferred unless expressly permitted in writing.

  6. Legal Compliance

    • All promotional offers are void where prohibited by law. By participating, you release ILT, its affiliates, and partners from any liability related to participation, acceptance, or use of the offer.

5. Travel Bookings

All bookings made through ILT or our concierge team are bound by the cancellation and refund policies of the specific travel providers.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

All ILT membership fees and payments are strictly non-refundable. By registering for a membership or making any payment through our platform, you acknowledge and agree that all charges are final and not subject to refund, credit, or chargeback.

Promotional offers may occasionally include limited refund terms, which will be explicitly stated at the time of the offer. Such exceptions do not alter the non-refundable nature of standard membership and service payments.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site or services. ILT reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations including:

  • Misrepresentation

  • Sharing access credentials

  • Abusive conduct toward ILT staff, support, or partners

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ilt.travel is the intellectual property of ILT. No content may be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

ILT is not liable for damages, delays, or losses resulting from third-party vendors or uncontrollable circumstances. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., Nevada or Florida]. Disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration or small claims court within that jurisdiction.

11. Mobile Messaging Terms of Service

ILT offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use in accordance with these terms.

  • Description: By opting in, you may receive messages including booking confirmations, promotional offers, concierge reminders, and membership updates.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the shortcode. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our site or membership portal.

  • Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues, reply with HELP for more assistance or contact us at hello@ilt.travel or +1 (815) 384-0648.

  • Message Frequency: Varies based on your activity, preferences, and promotions.

  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

  • Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Compliance: ILT complies with applicable industry standards and legal requirements for SMS communication.

12. Privacy Policy (Mobile Messaging Specific)

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Information may be shared only with subcontractors supporting services such as customer support.

  • All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers of text message services.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ilt.travel signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
